Terms of service
1. Who we are
haikù is operated by Popkornas, MB (company code 306788852, VAT LT100017576512), Šv. Stepono g. 27B-15, LT-01315 Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: hello@haiku.global. Using this site means accepting these terms.
2. What we sell
haikù is curated streetwear, accessories and indie finds, hand-picked from shops around the world. We are a reseller, not a manufacturer.
Nearly everything we sell exists in a quantity of one. Product pages describe each piece as it is, including its condition and any wear. We photograph honestly and describe plainly; colours can still vary between screens.
3. Orders
Adding a piece to your cart does not reserve it. A piece is yours only when your order is complete — until then someone else can buy it, and often does.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — if a piece turns out to be unavailable, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address — and if we do, we refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro, or in your own currency where we support it — Switzerland, Norway and Iceland see local prices. VAT is included where it applies. The total, including delivery and any import duties, is shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers; we never see or store your card details.
5. Delivery
See our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch.
6. Returns
See our Return and refund policy. If you are an EU consumer you have 14 days to change your mind, and that right is not affected by anything in these terms.
7. Faults and conformity
Pieces must be as described and fit for purpose. Described wear on a second-hand piece is not a fault. Where a piece is genuinely faulty or not as described, your statutory rights apply for two years from delivery.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. We can close an account that is being used fraudulently.
9. Your data
See our Privacy policy.
10. Our liability
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Things outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — carrier disruption, customs, extreme weather, and the like. If one happens we will tell you and, where a substantial delay results, you may cancel for a full refund.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
13. Law
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings there.
