Withdraw from contract

Changed your mind? You can cancel an order and send it back. In law this is called withdrawing from the contract — the contract being your purchase.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us, and you do not have to give a reason. You then have another 14 days to send the pieces back. We refund within 14 days of receiving them, or of your proof of postage, whichever comes first.

  1. From your order

    Open the order status link in your confirmation email and request a return there. This works whether or not you made an account, and it is the quickest route — the request reaches us attached to the order.

    An email is every bit as valid in law, and your 14 days count from when you send it. If you cannot find your order, or anything above does not work, write to us and we will handle it.

Whichever route you use, you will get written confirmation with the time we received it. Keep it — it is your receipt.
